Tagine + Kumara Mash Bake

We had some beef tagine left in the bottom of the fridge which I had made the week previous (don’t worry, it was in the freezer for most of that time). For the top, boil three peeled and chopped kumara until tender, drained off the water and mashed it with some butter and milk then spread on top of the tagine. Bake at 180ºC until brown on top.
