Definitely the best meal of the week! I made epic fish tacos for Mum and I, which is so yum! I I also made up some aioli using Annabel Langbein’s recipe as a guide – adding a big clove of garlic, substituted about a quarter of the neutral oil with some olive oil and a splash of balsamic vinegar at the end. This recipe works well every time. There are also some kumara chips in there, and some kale and buckwheat sprouts to add to the tacos. Meanwhile Dad had (proper) egg and breadcrumbed fish and salad. So, we were all happy.
